Tidewater-Peninsula Baptist Association - Company Message
Annual Session/Meeting of the TPBA 
 The TPBA shall meet annually at a member church.  Said Annual Session shall be conducted on Monday through Thursday preceding the third Sunday in July. There shall be a one day planning session in October and March following the Annual Session in July of each year.  Each pastor and 2 members are requested to be present.

 There shall be established within the boundaries of this Association districts as follows: 
 District I – Newport News and Hampton 
 District II – Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth and Chesapeake
 District III – Williamsburg, York and James City Counties 
 The Moderator shall appoint a Vice Moderator as liaison for each district.   
 Any duly constituted Church Body of the same faith and persuasion and any auxiliary or body which subscribes to the same objectives of this Association, may be admitted to this Association. Membership, with all attendant rights and privileges, in any department of the TPBA shall be open to all persons who have active membership in a Baptist Church, whether or not that church or its pastor is a member of the Association, unless that person’s participation is objected to in written communication to the Moderator from the participant’s pastor.
